Event companies subscribe once and hire unlimited staff. SES takes 0% of the agreed rate. The hiring company pays the event professional directly. No agency markups, no per-placement fees. For event companies 1. 1\. Create your company account Tell us who you are and the positions you usually hire. Founding phase: company access and job postings are free through September 30, 2026. No card required. You will not be charged automatically unless you add a payment method and confirm a paid plan. 2. 2\. Post a job Role, date, call time, pay rate, dress code, certifications. Unlimited postings on one flat subscription. 3. 3\. Review applicants You see the profile of anyone who applies to your job — never a browsable directory of everyone. 4. 4\. Browse open positions Filter by role, city, employment type, and tips. Get notified when a job matches what you do. 3. 3\. Apply Only companies whose jobs you apply to can see your profile. Your current employer cannot browse for you. 4. 4\. Get booked and paid The company hires and pays you directly. SES takes 0% of the agreed rate. Special Event Staff checks - Company accounts are reviewed before a Verified Company badge is granted. - Verified Company requires an active paid subscription and manual admin approval. - Job postings must state role, date, pay rate, and worker classification. - Staff profiles are self-reported and only shared with companies they apply to. The hiring company is responsible for - Interviewing and making the final hiring decision. - Background checks, drug screening, and any I-9 or E-Verify obligations. - Certifications shown on a profile are self-reported unless a dated check is displayed. Each company sets its own requirements on the individual opening. Texas does not require seller-server certification under state law, but many employers require it. Certification can also help an employer qualify for certain protections. This information is general and is not legal advice. - Worker classification, wages, taxes, insurance, and on-site supervision. Staff verification is currently paused while we rebuild it.
