We're a Dallas–Fort Worth marketplace built so event companies and event staff can find each other directly — without an agency in the middle taking a cut. Event staffing in DFW has run the same way for decades: a company needs ten people for Saturday, calls an agency, and pays a markup of thirty percent or more on every hour. The staff working the event never see that money. Special Event Staff removes the middle. Event companies pay one flat monthly subscription to post unlimited jobs and hire unlimited staff. Staff join free, apply free. SES takes 0% of the agreed rate. The hiring company pays the event professional directly. Nobody pays a per-placement fee. We cover the whole event floor, not just food and beverage: bartenders and servers, yes, but also brand ambassadors, check-in and registration, greeters, product demo staff, trade show teams, setup and teardown crews, drivers, warehouse, and front office support for corporate activations across Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington, and the rest of the Metroplex. We're deliberately focused on one market first. DFW gets our full attention until there are enough active companies and staff here that a Saturday shift fills the same day it's posted. ## Privacy for staff, by design Companies cannot browse or search staff profiles. A company only sees your profile after you apply to one of their jobs. You can look for your next shift without your current employer finding you here. ## Who runs it Special Event Staff is operated by Dynamic Buzz LLC in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.
